I got to agree with Laetitia on the focusing if she knows that she can succeed at something at present she is not successful at! Understanding communication, and especially non-verbal clues (which comprises more percentage wise of our communication than the verbal bits) is always a challenge. She also comes from another culture, which can shape non-verbal communication.
What I was seeing from her was not a lack of wanting to succeed, but an mature acceptance that she will know that she has succeeded when it becomes reality. Before that moment, it is just counting your chickens before they are hatched. But Bella then zeroed in on what counts, on structuring her approach to learning how to be successful, that the market teaches you what focus is.
