SYSTEMATIC TRADER PROGRAM
You will leave the SMB Systematic Trader Program with custom, actionable trading tools that help augment your Playbook. You will learn Garrett’s methodology around systematic trading and learn how to interpret these tools to generate actionable trading signals. You will receive personal guidance from Garrett on improving entry signals, trade management, and identifying market context. This program is for you if you want to improve the quality of your setups by defining them with better rules and variables and leveraging technology to increase your edge.
The SMB Systematic Trader program is exclusively available to SMB trainees who have successfully completed the DNA, Winning Trader, or Scalp Radar programs. The program costs $10,000.
ABOUT YOUR MENTORS
The program is run by Garrett Drinon, a seasoned SMB trader known for his manual systematic trading and quantitative model building. Garrett is an expert at using technology to enhance his decision-making and automate trading strategies.

The program also features the expertise of Tim Belden, an established trader on the SMB desk known for his mastery of thematic trend trading. Tim specializes in the intersection of technical price action and fundamental drivers, focusing his energy on the catalysts that shift market sentiment. His approach teaches traders how to look beyond the charts to understand the why behind a move, allowing them to ride major trends with conviction. Under Tim's mentorship, you will learn to identify emerging themes and execute high-probability trades backed by institutional-level market logic.
HOW THE SMB SYSTEMATIC TRADER PROGRAM WORKS
Small Group Mentoring
Garrett accepts only 10 traders in the program, allowing maximum personal attention to each trader.
Initial 1-on-1 Strategy Session
Get an initial 1-on-1, Zoom-based meeting with Garrett and Tim. In this meeting, you will discuss your Playbook, market approach, challenges, and goals to develop an overall strategy for how this program will help you achieve your goals over the 4 weeks of the program and beyond.
Core Methodology Seminar
Attend an intensive private live seminar where Garrett and Tim will outline their methodologies for systematic trading and developing indicators, filters, alerts, and signals. They will show you how they track market themes and analyze catalysts to catch big moves. There will be a Q&A session, and Garrett and Tim will share written material from the seminar, including their own Playbook Methodology. Throughout each program week, Garrett and Tim will draw on this “Core Methodology” to further detail each subject.
Premarket Prep
Join a Discord group with Garrett, Tim, and the other program traders to share trade ideas before the market opens.
Daily Review Office Hours
Join an “Office Hours” call with Garrett and Tim after the close, where they will share a trade along with the variables that defined this play and open it up to Q&A.
Weekly Indicator Session
Join Garrett and Tim for a weekly meeting where they will teach key indicators, filters, and signals important to their trading, including market themes and catalysts that drive big moves. Garrett and Tim will share the tools and code with the group. Each meeting will tackle a new chapter in the Core Systematic Trading Methodology, which was covered at the program's start.
Weekly Playbook Update
Receive feedback from Garrett and Tim over the weekend to improve your Playbook and meet your technology goals. You will submit weekly Playbook Updates every Friday, outlining how you have gotten more specific with trade variables and any technology you’ve added (or thought of) to help augment this play.
One-on-One Playbook Checkup Sessions
Participate in a one-on-one Playbook Checkup session before the entire group, reviewing the detailed variables that define your trades. Garrett and Tim will work with you on any relevant indicator, filter, or alert for the strategy, building case studies around each problem encountered.
Final Review
Get a final, personal, detailed Playbook review from Garrett and Tim, providing a point of action to take with you beyond the program. During the final week, you will submit your Playbooks, including trade examples, variable outlines, and the technology used to augment each trade.
