HOW THE SMB SYSTEMATIC TRADER PROGRAM WORKS
Systematic Trader is an intensive, one-month mentorship limited to 10 traders.
We begin by understanding your trading and teaching you our complete methodology. Then, for the next four weeks, we work together every trading day — applying that methodology to your Playbooks, our Playbooks, and the market unfolding around us.
START WITH YOUR TRADING
Before the program begins, you'll meet privately with us for an initial one-on-one strategy session.
We'll discuss your strategies, trading style, strengths, challenges, and goals so we understand where you are as a trader and where we can create the most value over the month ahead.
BUILD THE FOUNDATION
The program begins with an intensive live seminar where we lay out our complete systematic trading methodology — from the market dynamics and trade variables we track to the indicators, signals, catalysts, themes, and tools we use every day.
This gives us a shared framework and language to build on throughout the month.
WORK WITH US EVERY TRADING DAY
For the next four weeks, you'll have direct access to us every trading day.
Our private Discord becomes an ongoing workspace for discussing ideas, opportunities, catalysts, themes, and the current market — beginning in the premarket and continuing throughout the trading day.
We also meet twice daily on Zoom.
YOUR PLAYBOOK
In our first daily session, we put the focus on one trader in the group.
We break down that trader's Playbook or strategy together — identifying the variables that matter, sharpening the setup, working through problems, and exploring the indicators, filters, alerts, or other tools that could help systematize the trade.
Each trader gets direct feedback on their own work while the entire group learns from the analysis.
OUR PLAYBOOKS
In our second daily session, we open up our own trading — breaking down our Playbooks, indicators, signals, tools, and catalyst frameworks through real trades and current market examples.
You'll see what we traded, what we saw, what mattered, and how we executed and managed the trade.
LEAVE WITH A PATH FORWARD
At the end of the program, we'll review the progress you've made and provide clear direction for how to continue developing your trading on your own.

As trading partners, we work from many of the same Playbooks, track the same market themes and catalysts, use the same indicators and signals, and continuously develop our trading together.
Over years of developing our own trading, we've learned that becoming more systematic isn't about removing discretion. It's about getting increasingly precise about why our best trades work — and building around those observations.
We've put a tremendous amount of work into getting our thinking clear — defining what matters, organizing what we've learned, and building a trading framework we can articulate, test, and continue to develop.
That's the shared approach behind Systematic Trader. It's also the work we enjoy doing with other traders — helping you better understand what works in your trading and organize it into a system of your own.
GARRETT DRINON
Garrett specializes in using data and technology to make trading more systematic.
He has developed much of the indicator and signal methodology we use — defining and measuring the variables that matter and building indicators, filters, alerts, and quantitative tools around them.
Throughout the program, Garrett teaches you how we use these tools to better define our Playbooks, identify opportunity, understand market context, and improve execution.
TIM BELDEN
Tim specializes in catalyst analysis and understanding the fundamental drivers behind market moves.
He has developed much of the catalyst methodology we use — evaluating what is changing in a story, determining the significance of new information, and connecting those developments to themes and trading opportunities.
Throughout the program, Tim teaches you how we analyze catalysts and themes to understand not just what is moving, but why it matters.
