because it had excellent earnings and think it will trade higher.\u00a0 But you are not sure how to buy it.<\/p>\n<p>You fear buying too high and then getting stopped out.<\/p>\n<p>Your fear buying too high and the stock tanking.<\/p>\n<p>You want to start buying these stocks at better prices so you make more on each trade.<\/p>\n<p>You wish to get in at better prices so you can trade these ideas bigger.<\/p>\n<p>I work with a savvy CPA who wanted to do this very thing in LULU this Friday.\u00a0 He did and made a nice profit.<\/p>\n<p>But where should you buy?\u00a0 And how?\u00a0 And why?<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s say this savvy CPA thought LULU would trade higher based on the earnings.\u00a0 They were indeed strong.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-47468\" src=\"http:\/\/www.smbtraining.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/fundamentals-LULU.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"375\" srcset=\"\/\/www.smbtraining.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/fundamentals-LULU.jpg 772w, \/\/www.smbtraining.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/fundamentals-LULU-300x187.jpg 300w, \/\/www.smbtraining.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/fundamentals-LULU-768x480.jpg 768w, \/\/www.smbtraining.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/fundamentals-LULU-610x381.jpg 610w, \/\/www.smbtraining.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/fundamentals-LULU-100x62.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If the stock is going to be strong often there will be buying that hits the market right on the open.\u00a0 You should see a price surge and elevated volume right after the opening bell rings.\u00a0 This is very important to understand.\u00a0 Now that you know this you will know what to look for right on the open and can place a trade- Opening Drive.<\/p>\n<p>We saw this in LULU.\u00a0 There was a price spike and elevated volume right on the open.\u00a0 So we can buy on the open for an Opening Drive.\u00a0 We have Trade 1 (see the chart below).<\/p>\n<p>If the stock is to be strong intraday, you ought to expect for it to trade above VWAP.\u00a0 After a strong Opening Drive, we want to see a pull in on light volume, and a hold above VWAP.\u00a0 We get this in LULU.\u00a0 So we can also buy on this pull in for a PullBack Trade.\u00a0 We have Trade 2 (see the chart below).<\/p>\n<p>If the stock is to be strong intraday, it will trade above its opening range.\u00a0 When it does we want to see elevated volume into the breakout and a price spike.\u00a0 We see this in LULU.\u00a0 So we can also buy an Opening Range Breakout in LULU.\u00a0 We have Trade 3 (see the chart below).<\/p>\n<p>You could have made all three of those trades.\u00a0 You could have decided to make less than all based on your trading system.\u00a0 But those were three opportunities that professional traders look at to buy a strong
