  1. The PlayBook\u00a0<\/strong>After each session, traders can archive a setup from the past trading session that made the most sense to them.\u00a0 They can reverse engineer the variables of that trade.\u00a0 Build technology to spot the next trade like it in real-time.\u00a0 Study the trade so they internalize it for better trading ahead.\u00a0 Place in their PlayBook, which is their trading business.<\/li>\n
  2. Book of Charts\u00a0<\/strong>Traders on our desk will mark up charts of their favorite trading opportunities, keep them in a binder, and leaf thru them for review.\u00a0 This helps them internalize their favorite trading opportunities, improve on them, trade them bigger next time, and stick with their best trades.\u00a0 See how @_jpark89 does this below:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

Talk Trading\u00a0<\/strong>One of the most positive signs I see from developing and new traders is them talking trading with other traders.\u00a0 It shows their passion for trading.\u00a0 And it is a powerful review technique for them to improve.\u00a0 One of the best perks of trading on a prop desk is talking trading with other passionate traders about the stocks you both were in.\u00a0 This is a playback tool that makes your better.<\/p>\n

    4. Bring specific trading questions to mentors\u00a0<\/strong>Don’t wait for your mentors to correct a trading flaw.\u00a0 Bring that issue with specific questions and your specific experiences to them for help.<\/p>\n
