They have many of them and many of them work.\u00a0 But too many of them do not work. And they mostly just trade their ideas, without overlaying other ingredients to increase their trading edge.<\/p>\n<p>And worse, they fail to understand the difference between the trades that will work from the trades that will not work.<\/p>\n<p>Many developing and new traders struggle with this same issue.<\/p>\n<p>So how do we improve.<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle four ingredients onto your smart trade ideas!<\/p>\n<p>1. Trade ideas that also have a news catalyst.\u00a0 Is their a news catalyst that will excite others to see your idea?\u00a0 A news catalyst attracts big money traders that can reward you with outsized moves.<\/p>\n<p>2. Wait for price confirmation.\u00a0 You are one trader, with one set of ideas.\u00a0 You do not move the market.\u00a0 Develop a thesis and then let price action confirm your thesis.<\/p>\n<p>3. Fight for price.\u00a0 It makes a very large difference what price you enter.\u00a0 This determines your stops.\u00a0 This determines the risk\/reward in your trades.\u00a0 If you can continually get better prices, you improve your win\/rate and risk\/reward.<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t just blast into your trade ideas.\u00a0 Enter when your thesis is offering an excellent risk\/reward opportunity.<\/p>\n<p>4.
