This video should go in your list of all-time greats. It is timely for any developing (and who isn’t?) trader. The examples and scenarios are very common. I’ve been there, and will probably be there again. Your point on scrapping your plan instead of tweaking it is true in my case. I was inconsistent until I was disciplined enough to stick it out to find the nuances of a setup.
A great and timely reminder for me was your mention of the trader who was not patient in trading because he was not patient as a person. My discipline at the gym and my discipline trading have been lacking. Was it a coincidence they happened at the same time? I think not. It is amazing (but logical) how it works.
Thanks again, and please keep up the great work!
