Confidentiality Agreement

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

In consideration of receiving the trader training program ("Online Manual"), and getting all related course material, I hereby agree and acknowledge that the Online Manual and the related course material will disclose to me proprietary information belonging to SMB Remote Trading, LLC, said proprietary information consisting of, but not limited to technical and fundamental information related to trading US equities. In consideration of receiving the proprietary information of the Online Manual and related course material, I declare that: 

1. I am purchasing the Online Manual for my own personal benefit and no one else.

2. I have not been asked by anyone else to purchase Online Manual for their benefit.

3. I am not employed by a dealer or broker.

4. I will never use the information contained in the Online Manual for the benefit of any employer, present or future.

5. I will not disclose to others any content of the Course in any form without express written permission from SMB Remote Trading, LLC.

6. I agree not to share my User ID and Password with any other person.

7. I will not train others with the knowledge contained in the Online Manual and the related course material, nor am I affiliated, either directly or indirectly, with any organization involved in trader training or teaching.

8. I understand that should I intentionally or unintentionally allow others access to the content of the online information related to the Online Manual and related course material or share training content or teach others without being authorized by SMB Remote Training, LLC in writing to do so, I am both personally and financially responsible for their Online Manual fees as well as the Online Manual fees of any subsequent individuals who in turn are given any of the content of the Online Manual and the related course material. 

In the event of a breach of any of these conditions, I agree thatSMB Remote Trading, LLC may notify any third party of the existence of this Non-Disclosure Agreement, and SMB Remote Trading, LLC shall be entitled to full injunctive relief for any breach including, but not limited to, the relief outlined in paragraph eight (8) above.
