Start Your Trading Career the Right Way
The SMB Foundation is a structured five week training program. Daily lesson plans have been crafted for each trading day to teach the trading skills and trading plays necessary for a powerful trading foundation. Every minute of every day has been planned out, allowing a trader to work through the SMB Foundation like a trader would at SMB Capital. Traders are given a full two months (60 days) to finish the five week course, which will allow traders with heavier schedules to work through the material at a pace best for them. All of this was created for our NYC proprietary traders and is now made available to you.

Written Lectures
Daily lesson plans have been prepared utilizing over 200 written lectures so that you develop a powerful trading foundation for today's market. We identified what must be taught for a new trader to succeed in this market. And then we started writing. We wrote about all the trading skills and trading plays that new traders must be taught to be consistently profitable.
Classroom Lectures
Written lectures are supplemented with Classroom Lectures. You will watch videos of our Partners (Mike Bellafiore and Steve Spencer), Head Trader (GMan), and Senior Traders (JToma and others) teaching trading skills and trading plays to our new traders.

We have captured our real time trades and added audio commentary to profitable intraday setups. SMB developed Trading Drills and Quizzes for our proprietary traders in NYC. There is a reason why professional teams scrimmage. SMB Traders record their live trading and then present their trades in our training room for review by their peers. These video review sessions are broadcasted live online daily and archived for further viewing. The SMB Tradecast is an educational tool that helps new traders reduce their learning curve by allowing them to see more market patterns in a shorter period of time.
Trade Simulator
Traders improve by trading. While you train we offer a Trading Simulator with real time market data to practice your trading. Trading Drills and lessons have been thoughtfully crafted to teach traders a sophisticated order execution method, detailed risk management skills, and entry and exit strategies.
Mentoring
The Partners and senior traders at SMB are experienced mentors, who have created a comprehensive system to develop fundamentally sound traders. While learning SMB trading skills, senior traders are accessible daily through the SMB Chat Room and the SMB Audio. One-on-one mentoring is added to guide traders through the process of building trading plays and review simulated trading.
SMB Chat Room
The SMB Chat Room is a community where new and experienced traders share ideas, discuss trading, and ask questions. During the trading day you can find the levels we are currently watching or receive mentoring from a senior trader.
