Tradecast Focuses on Skill Development
SMB Tradecast has an extensive library of archived trading review sessions. New traders need to see more market patterns. Reviewing the trading of others increases their exposure to different market patterns. New traders also need guidance about their actual trades. We can sit in a conference room and talk about generalities and hypothetical trading setups, but it is best to talk specifically about trades actually executed. When you begin your goal will be to get better every day. Reviewing the work of others will help you improve.

VRS - Video Review Sessions
Video Review Sessions are an opportunity for semi-experienced traders at SMB to share their trading work with their peers and receive feedback from market veterans. During the VRS traders will show extended periods of trading- such as the trader’s entire market Open or Close trading session. A trader’s skill set and trading plays will be reviewed and feedback will be given for improvement. .
OGT - One Good Trade
During One Good Trade sessions our traders produce trading videos of selected trades and present these trades to our desk in our conference room, where the Partners and Senior traders provide feedback. Each video is accompanied by analysis on how the trader executed upon SMB Capital’s seven fundamentals during the trade. This allows our new and experienced traders to learn what others are trading and offers our Senior Traders the opportunity to highlight what the presenting trader is doing well and what they can do better.
