		<description>I really needed that.  I was up 1600 today and frittered it away to a measly 25 gain for day.  And I repeat this process often.

		<description>Good stuff! I think of myself more of a financial planner than a trader, but I too can be guilty of trading my personal account too often. Adding to winning positions as opposed to &#039;booking&#039; the profit is always a challenge and something I strive to improve upon.

		<description>It&#039;s amazing how old problems can creep up on you when you least expect it.  

I also use the visualization technique after every trade and keep a detailed trading journal for vigorous reviews.  If there&#039;s any holy grail in trading advice, I personally believe this is it.
